History
The Company was incorporated in Kenya, as a public limited liability company under the Companies Act on 6th January 1988 (registration number C. 1/88).
Ken Banco House Limited was incorporated in 1988 to own and manage Ken Banco House, a building in the Nairobi CBD area, which had been bought by Kenya Bankers Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited as a source of additional income for the members of the Society. Ownership of Ken Banco House changed from the Sacco to individual participating members (shareholders) in 1989.
Kenbanco house limited is a real estate company which deals with property management buying and selling of land to individual members (shareholders) and the general public.
